- The ash handle was replicated from an original in the book, Indian Tomahawks & Frontiersmen Axes by Hartzler & Knowles
- In the book’s description of this handle, it stated that the alternating spirals were painted red and green
- In painting this handle, I used original colonial colors of alternating red, green and black
- Finishing the end of the handle is a hand poured pewter spiral chevron mouth piece
- The paint on the handle has been aged and rubbed off to resemble wear
- This pipe tomahawk is hand drilled and smokable
- Stamped with touch-mark
